The purpose of this study is to give a little contribution to the Hotel & Tourism Industry by suggesting effective & reasonable training method.
A few method for developing training program for hotel staffs is as follows;
First, evaluation for training of trainees should be reflected to the salary and promotion so that staffs will participate in the training program enthusiastically.
Second, enough investment and cooperation are needed for the staffs. For example, training at foreign countries.
Third, training department only for the training is needed and training manager should prepare creative training program for the staffs considering each reality.
And continuous training is really needed and well-experienced manager at each outlets should make proper manuals for the begining staffs.
Finally, training for foreign language is most important for the guest service and hotel management should concentrate on service training for the hotel staffs for long-term development and improvement of the hotel.
