본 연구에서는 해외직접구매에서 배송대행방식을 연구 대상으로 삼아 배송대행업체의 통관 및 배송서비스품질요인이 소비자 선택에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요인분석결과 통관/배송서비스 품질요인은 통관서비스품질, 배송/통관/보안위험품질, 배송사이트 품질(편리성, 신뢰성), 배송서비스품질(신속성, 정확성, 안정성, 친절성)등으로, 소비자 선택요인으로 고객만족, 재이용 의도 및 구전요인으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 가설 1의 검정을 실시한 결과 통관서비스품질, 배송/통관/보안위험품질, 배송사이트품질(편리성, 신뢰성), 배송서비스품질(신속성, 정확성, 친절성)은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 배송서비스품질중 안정성은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족이 재이용 의도 및 구전에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 2와 재이용 의도가 구전에 미치는 영향에 대한가설 3은 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
In this study, the delivery agency method, which occupies the highest rate of use in overseas direct purchases, was the subject of the study, and the effect of the delivery agency"s customs clearance service quality, risk quality, site quality, and delivery service quality factors on consumer choice was confirmed, and the following results were confirmed. First, as a result of factor analysis, the customs clearance and delivery service quality factors consisted of customs clearance service quality, delivery/customs clearance/security risk quality, delivery site quality (convenience, reliability), delivery service quality (speed, accuracy, stability, kindness), and customer satisfaction, re-use intention, and word-of-mouth factors as consumer selection factors. Second, as a result of testing Hypothesis 1 that customs clearance and delivery service quality will have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customs clearance service quality, delivery/customs clearance/security risk quality, delivery site quality (convenience, reliability), and delivery service quality (speed, accuracy, kindness) were found to have a significant effect, but stability among delivery service quality was found to be insignificant. Third, both Hypothesis 2 on the effect of customer satisfaction on re-use intention and word-of-mouth and Hypothesis 3 on the effect of re-use intention on word-ofmouth have significant effects.
