This study estimated the derivation and effect of determinants of cabin crew"s service attitude and competency, and conducted technical, inferential, and normative analysis based on a survey of customers who have recently experienced cabin service using aircraft. The effects of airline cabin crew"s service attitude, capability, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, and the effects of the survey group were analyzed, and the results of 406 respondents were analyzed through survey design to establish a research model and test research hypothesis. As a result, first, it was found that the service attitude factor and competency factor of airline cabin crew had a positive (+) effect on the customer reliability factor, respectively. Second, it was found that the service attitude factor and competency factor of airline cabin crew had a positive (+) effect on the customer satisfaction factor, respectively. Third, it was found that the service attitude factor and competency factor of airline cabin crew had a positive (+) effect on the customer loyalty factor, respectively. Fourth, it was found that airline customer reliability and satisfaction factors had a positive (+) effect on customer loyalty factors, respectively. Therefore, the hypotheses on the influence relationship between the service attitude, competency, customer reliability, satisfaction, and loyalty of airline cabin crew established as hypotheses in this study were all adopted.
