By analyzing the disputes and the results that had taken place by being centered on the duty to be considerate regarding the safety among the case examples of the planned travel product disputes in the recent 10 years, this research had been proceeded with in order to seek for importance and direction.
Firstly, when making a travel contract, in a case example that had been related to the duty to be cautious regarding the part that was related to safety, other than a travel agency writing the matters regarding a dispute had taken place.
Secondly, among the diverse activities that are proceeded with during travel, in order to prevent an accident related to marine activity in advance, the need for the specific management guidelines regarding the guidance in relation to the coastal topography and the sea currents and regarding a plan for safety education.
Thirdly, when riding an animal or when boarding a machine or something similar, the improvement of the management regarding the boarding guidance, the danger of the occurrence of an accident, the wearing of safety equipment, and the plan for coping when a safety accident takes place had been demanded.
