The purpose of this study is to provide a baseline data in order to improve latent exercise performance abilities through identifying the structural relationship among achievement goal orientation, athlete’s satisfaction and exercise flow. To this end, samples of high school, university, and semi-professional athletes who registered in the Korea Judo Association in 2016, participated in 2016 Suncheonbay National Park Cup Judo Championship(March 7th to March 11th, Suncheon City, Jeonranam province) were collected. The sample size used in convenience sampling, except insincere materials, was 313. Validity of the questionnaires was inspected by the experts’ conference, preliminary inspection, and factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire shows =.678~=.855, which is relatively high. Statistical methods used in analysis are frequency analysis in order to identify internal consistency among questions, validity verification, reliability verification, exploratory factor analysis, corelation analysis using SPSS Win Version 21.0 program. Moreover, factor analysis and structural equation model using AMOS 20 program were used in order to identify research hypothesis. Through these research methods and procedures, the following conclusions were drawn. First, judo athlete’s achievement goal orientation is a primary mechanism that have a positive effect on athlete’ satisfaction. Second, judo athlete’s achievement goal orientation is a main mechanism that have a positive effect on exercise flow. Third, judo athlete’s satisfaction is a key mechanism that have a positive effect on exercise flow.
