This paper proposes image segmentation ripple lane detection algorithm using Hough Transform.
The line segments are detected using HSI color model, Otsu method, close operation, Sobel edge detection by preprocessing. And divides the ROI(region of interest). Each of the area to detect a lane through a Hough transform. About each of area of the lane candidate detected through Hough Line Transform, it decide sequentially real lane by their each x coordinates. Lastly, from the area of the lane candidate, it detects the final lane through linear Interpolation. The proposed algorithm is implemented using matlab, This paper describes the efficient image processing algorithm in the environment with a lot of noise such as shadow and dirt, it is possible to detect the lane by using suggest algorithm from various video images of black boxes.
