Inservice training is essential to develop early childhood teachers' professionalism. The number of teacher who want to develop their faculties through the training system is fairly increasing. But it hasn't met the demand because of a short supply of training institute and opportunities. so the distance education has been suggested effective plan to meet the teachers' need that isn't restricted in time and place.
This study aims at articulating the significance of distance education for Early Childhood teachers in an information age, identifying the effects of the distance education and suggesting some tasks for the facilitation of distance education for Early Childhood teachers.
The authors recommended the following plan for the facilitation of distance education for Early Childhood teachers; To collaborate among the distance teacher inservice training institutes; To recruit learners through effective public relations with the support of Ministry of Education and Provincial Educational Offices; To fortify the quality assurance system; To make specialized training course and run elastic the volume of training; To fully utilize the internet technology; To establish the adequate learner support system; and To strengthen the administrative and financial support from the government
