The purpose of this study is to analyze factors making workers perceive that actions for managing psychosocial risks are effective in the workplace through logistic regression analysis. In addition to physical risks such as electrical, chemical, and mechanical ones in the workplace, psychosocial risks are also acting as an important issue in recent years in connection with human rights and work-life balance policies. For logistic regression analysis, the results of a survey of 4,559 people conducted by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health were used, and 9 independent variables including workplace change and confidential consultation were selected and entered into the model. As a result of the analysis, the independent variables relating to informing workers of the impact of psychosocial risks on safety&health and having manager in charge of solving psychosocial problems in the workplace have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable. This study implies that those are more important to present specific solutions by an authorized manager and to informing workers of the danger related with psychosocial risks rather than counseling or giving vacation time.
