The purpose of this study is to come up with specific ways that can understand casino employees' job characteristics and utilize their job characteristics at corporate level by examining the effects of their perception of organizational justice on management performance in casino companies and the mediating effect of organizational effectiveness. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify a hypothesis of ‘Casino employees' perception of organizational justice will affect management performance.’ Second, the effect relationship between organizational justice and organizational effectiveness showed that all 3 sub-factors of organizational justice have a statistically significant positive effect on a sub-factor of organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction, which casino employees high perception of corporate organizational justice could improve their job satisfaction. Third, the effect relationship between organizational effectivenessand management performance showed that both job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a statistically significant positive effect on management performance. Fourth, the mediating effect of organizational effectiveness in the effect relationship between organizational justice and management performance showed that the effect of distributive justice on management performance is completely mediated by organizational effectiveness, and the effect of interactional justice on management performance is partially mediated by organizational effectiveness.
