The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition and utilization of maternal and child health services provided at a public health center. For the analysis, one public health center in Gyeonggi province was surveyed. Among the married women living in the area, those who are in their 20s and 40s and are considered to be fertile were set as subjects of the study. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23 to analyze respondents’ characteristics, the nature of service use, status of service use, reasons of service use and non-use, and the intention to use the service in the future. A correlation analysis was also conducted between the recognition and utilization of maternal and child health services. As a result of the analysis, the public health center under investigation was carrying out various projects. However, not only awareness and utilization rates of maternal and child health services at public health centers were low, but also the correlation between recognition and use of the services was not strong. This study can be evaluated as meaningful in that it carried out the sectoral evaluation of the specific programs of the public health center, and it is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the development and implementation of maternal and child health projects in public health centers.
