This study is for the purpose of verifying the leisure career of elderlies affects the leisure satisfaction of leisure life with occupation status as moderating effects, establishing the research purpose related variables were extracted and working hypotheses were set up by reviewing theoretically in advanced researches. For the empirical study, by a convenience sampling survey has conducted targeting aged people as a population who live in the area of DaeJeon city for a month between 10th of July 2017 to 10th of August 2017, at about 30days and the age group is between 65 to below 79 by both sex. Consequently, the result is as follows;
The first, As variable of leisure career such as flow, continuity, regularity and leisure experience, is growing high up, so is leisure satisfaction.
The second, with having occupation or not, leisure experience makes the leisure satisfaction high up. So for the each life cycle it"s very important to build the leisure career and to improve the leisure career it needs leisure education in school and developing the leisure programs through the government. The third, the flow improves the leisure satisfaction for the group of with occupation. The fourth, the continuity improves leisure satisfaction for the group of without occupation. The fifth, the regularity improves the leisure satisfaction with occupation. The sixth, the path analysis between the voluntary behavior and the leisure satisfaction has no statistical influence with neither occupation or not. this mean the one of the elderly`s trait that they could be passive on everything.
In conclusion, in the group of with occupation, the regularity and leisure experience improve the leisure satisfaction, in the group of without occupation, the flow, the continuity and leisure experience improve the leisure satisfaction. These results could present as hot issues to build the leisure policy later.
