The purpose of this study is to provide a viable materials for the development of leisure programs for senior welfare centers to improve the quality of life of seniors. To conduct this study, image-based poster and 7 virtual image cards were created. A total of 406 people were surveyed at 4 Welfare Center and valid responses from 406 of the subjects were analyzed through SPSS 16.0. A con joint analysis yielded relative importance of each factor and then a perceptual map was acquired through a multidimensional scaling with the Part-worth estimate. The following are the findings: First, The five groups identified by cluster analysis; ``Preference Sports health``, ``Preference Sports health and Music``, ``Dissatisfaction welfare programs``, ``Non preference Dance program`` and ``Preference Internet Information, Language education`` groups. Second, ``Preference Internet Information, Language education`` groups showed highest level in education and ``Dissatisfaction welfare programs`` group showed highest level in participation period.
