The healthy housing has several virtues that should be provided. The house should be well ventilated, sun bright, comfortable, convenient and with a nice view. It should have the privacy and community too. Healthy housing can not be neglected none of these multiple values. That is a dilemma.
When discussing the housing energy, We must not consider only heating energy. It is time to comprehensively explore ways to improve the natural ventilation performance and cooling energy.
Healthy home is clean house. It is a house easy to clean. Without narrow gap and curvature, Wherever it should be easy to clean.
Community will eventually be a matter of the program. When space is given only, community is not activated itself. Consider programs before planning a community facility.
Residents do not live one hundred percent as intended by the designer but I feel that it has presented a nice solution in community problem.
Only with a new concept, it can not be healthy public housing. Followed the existing system with inertia, it is only just be limited to such a rhetoric. When preceded by the design for the location characteristics and the purpose of housing, finally a new concept is born as health public housing.
