In this paper, structural analysis of the frame of the four-wheel electric scooter was performed. Analysis is made up of bending and torsional stiffness and structural and vibration analysis of load. The modeled using CATIA, frame was analyzed using ANSYS. After being fixed portion associated with the rear wheel, analysis by bending and trsion loads were analyzed by applying force to the part that is connected to the front wheel. Analysis by load that consider weight of people and battery was performed. Natural frequency was derived using vibration analysis. Were compared with the frequency of the motor by using a gear ratio and natural frequency.
