This study has the aims to prove whether there are differences between body image and university of self-efficacy of participated students in the practical dance. To solve the aims of this study, the researcher used samples who took a practical dance classes as a liberal arts courses, and they were under 4 years in University in the Gyeonggi or Chung-nam Province. Samples used in the analysis, were 294 students participated in the dance class, total are 294. For the statistical analysis to test hypotheses, regression analyses were used. As the results, the following conclusions were reached. First, practical dance participation has a positive effect on shape body image and healthy body image. Second, practical dance participation has a positive effect on physical self-efficacy and social healthy self-efficacy. Thirdly, shape body image and healthy body image has a positive effect on physical self-efficacy and social healthy self-efficacy.
