This study was conducted to investigate burnout differences between those who are in charge of different works in the same hotel, such as casino dealers and F&B. The analysis showed significant differences in burnout of casino dealers and F&B. In detail, for emotional exhaustion, F&B had a higher average score than that of casino dealers. In addition, dealers had a higher average score than that of F&B for depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. For burnout differences by demographic characteristics, there are significant differences between two groups - dealers and F&B. Our results suggest that hotel mangers can reduce job demands of casino dealers and F&B by providing job resources with them.
